[amsat-bb] KO-23 antics

Hi,

This morning I had a KO-23 pass and while the signal was very strong, there
seemed to be no data.  Additionally, the frequency was very unstable.  It
was either jumping or sweeping across a range of 6 KHz, with a period of a
few seconds.  Has it done this before?
