[amsat-bb] Czech translator

Russ, did you ask for a Czech translator earlier this last week?
Somehow I misplaced the message in the weekend meteor scatter confusion!

I am working on getting that accomplished.  There is a microwave
manufacturer in Santa Barbara called Spacek Labs.  George Spacek is Czech
as is his engineer, Dr. Polivca.   So far no answer from them.  73
