[amsat-bb] KO-25 Off Line?

Hi Gang,

     KO-25 was not broadcasting a directory or answering requests this
morning (11/19 around 14:35Z) and the PB:Empty message never went away.
Telemetry info was being broadcast.  There was a line in quote marks after
the HIT sequence about "testing for checkout".  Are the control ops working
a problem?
