[amsat-bb] Sigs

Will someone that uses IE or Netscape please verify that my .sig file now
contains, hard returns. If not, if you would let me know in a friendly
manner I will try to correct the problem, otherwise flame away.... I haven't
been in a good fight since patrol 2 nights ago <grin>.
