SEDSAT telemetry

Hi,
here is the telemetry I have copied over the UK for the past 2 days. All the
passes are low, so I am lucky to capture more than 1 or 2 telemtry frames each
pass.
I am sorry it is not in the format that the Windoze program generates, but I
have not had time to write the Java code to run on my Sun Sparc Station 20.
Just in case I have not decoded the telemetry frames correctly, the log
includes the hex dump of the the data part of the frame.
