[amsat-bb] Leonid balloon captures meteor video

The non-recovery statement may be dated, but apparently the
Leonid balloon successfully captured some good meteor video.

  LEONID BALLOON - HAS LANDED around 4:20 am CST, Tuesday near
  Chatsworth, Georgia.
 
  The payload has NOT been recovered yet...anyone wishing to
  track it can listen to the 28.800 MHz CW on/off continously
  running beep.  The 5th harmonic on 144.000 MHz can be used as
  well when in fairly close.
