[amsat-bb] SEDSAT in 17-Nov.

Yesterday, I received beacons from SEDSAT-1 in 
  16-Nov. 08:25-08:38 UTC by 'SGS13.EXE'.

But, I didn't heard today beacons from SEDSAT-1 in

  17-Nov. 06:13-06:24 UTC
  17-Nov. 07:59-08:12 UTC

I sent already this report to  'telemetry@seds.org'.
