[amsat-bb] Re: UO-11 and WISP

Hi, 

Guenter DL6MDO asks about receiving UO-11 (OSCAR-11) with WISP.  The 
downlink from this satellite is is mostly in ASCII format. AFAIK it 
is not compatible with WISP, and also cannot be decoded with a 
standard TNC.  There is a lot of information about receiving and 
decoding OSCAR-11 on my web site.
