[amsat-bb] RS-18 Heard

Thanks to all who gave me advice on getting Station working with MIR.  My satellite station is by no means complete, but I was able to use Station and I ran out to my truck to hear RS-18.  What an absolute thrill!  Used a mobile radio and 5/8 wave whip to receive the signals.  Wow!
