     + 1 IRC of the valid year.

     As the life time of the satellite is short ( between 20 to 30 days)

     Internal Temperature measurement

     Just before the woman voice you will hear a continus tone of 4s.
     This tone represent the internal frequency with the following
     conversion table:

     -30 celcius degre = 273 Hz
     -20                 440 Hz
     -10                 634
     +0                  830
     +10                 1025
     +20                 1200
     +30                 1308
     +40                 1405
