[amsat-bb] RS18/Spoutnik 41

Many reports of signals from this new bird from the East coast of USA but
only one from Seattle on the West.  Here is a partial report:
111705 UTC  voice burst on a wideband receiver (+/- 15 KHz)
Antenna an omnidirectional J
MIR calculates to be only a few degrees above horizon at that time.
Cliff K7RR  CM95  Morro Bay, CA  (midway between LA and SFrancisco)
