[amsat-bb] Wintel Problem

Hi Gang,

     Any know what "Error 76" means?  This comes up when I hit the button
to pick a satellite.  Tried re-doing the wintel.ini twice and then
substituted the sample .ini file supplied with the program, but with my
paths.  No joy.
