[amsat-bb] Spoutnik 41

Howdy all,

I'd like to add my congratulations for a successful launch (or toss) of
Spoutnik 41. It was loud and clear over Vermont this morning at 1225 UTC.

I recorded a portion of the pass into my sound card and analyzed the internal
temperature telemetry tone. It was 1186 Hz for an internal temp of 19.2 C.
