[amsat-bb] rs18 heard

just heard rs18 on it's first pass over houston (0420z). sounded great

only reached 3 degrees elevation for me here in houston but copied all 
the data just fine. made a quick tape recording of it.

good job. always exciting to hear a new satellite.
