[amsat-bb] RS-18 on the air!!!!

Hi Space fans

I just heard RS-18 a few minutes ago (between 2352-2356z),
on 145812 +/- dopp FM mode. The modulation was very strong 
and signal was about a S2 (MIR PMS was about a S7 at same time).
It was really exciting to heard it for the first time!

Congratulations to all Spoutnik 41 team.
