New Sputnik heard on the 2354-2359 UTC pass over UK (10 November).

145.815 MHz; doppler down to 145.812. 

Multi-lingual voices, bleeps etc.

Could *not* hear it on my scanner (horizon pass - may be better on an
overhead one) but easily audible on the IC-251/beams (with preamp). 

I wouldn't class it as LOUD though.
