[amsat-bb] FODTrack Question

I have been mulling over the sketches of the FODTrack circuit board.  Does anyone (AMSAT, someone else) sell a FODTrack kit or at least a pre-etched circuit board?  The only circuit board I have ever etched looked like crap and never worked.  Needless to say, I don't want to travel that path again.
