[amsat-bb] Texas balloon launch postponed to November 14

The BLT-14 balloon has been postponed a week to November 14
because of unfavorable upper air winds.  Thanks to Bruce Paige,
AMSAT Area Coordinator, Houston for this update.

This will give everyone a little more time to tune up their
gear for this flight that will have 1255 MHz FM ATV and,
counting the 2 flea-powered beacons, signals on 10 and 6
meters; APRS on 70 cm.
