[amsat-bb] November amateur radio balloon launches

Just a reminder that there are quite a few nice ham radio
equipped balloon launches slated for November, beginning with
the South Texas Balloon Launch Team this Saturday, the 7th.
Among the four events you can find slow and fast scan TV,
APRS, and repeaters.
 
This is getting toward the end of the balloon season, and a few
of these November events are due to October postponements.
At this time of year especially, weather can cause delays or
total scrubs, so if you're interested in participating bear in
mind that cancellations are not unusual.
 
All of these events are listed in detail in the HABLIC website
listed below and at the respective launch group websites.
