[amsat-bb] RS-16 and KO-25?

Hi everyone,

Can any of you tell me what happened to RS-16? Why is the bird not active
(RS-16 was launched only 1 1/2 years ago)?

Also, I have had trouble copying K0-25 but I can copy and connect to KO-23
and UO-22 just fine. Are there any problems with KO-25?
