[amsat-bb] ITU Maximum Power Density per Hz

Hi,

I am trying to find out how to calculate the maximum spectral power
density of a FM signal. I have not been able to find a copy of the
CCIR Report 792 that gives the bandwidth to average over.

I need the values for narrow band FM voice, G3RUH 9600 bps and GMSK 9600 bps.
The transmitter is 5 watts.
