[amsat-bb] AO-16 Whole Orbit Data

        AO-16 is currently broadcasting WOD for its solar panels.
I will continue the broadcast for the next 24 hours.  There also have
been comments about a  low battery conditions on AO-16.  This is
not occuring and the batteries are charging fine.  The battery range
of operation at this time is 11.3 to 10.4 volts.   The most accurate readings
of the battery voltage is the RX 10 V bus.
