[amsat-bb] keps

I was trying to find a source to download keps for the following
satelited  for Inmarsat. I found Irmarsats but none of them matched the
discription that I was looking for. I am looking for AOR-W, AOR-E, IOR,
AND POR.
Any place that I could get these keps?
