[amsat-bb] New SEDSAT-1 Telemetry Software Available

Hi Everyone,
	Another quick note to let you know that Chris Bond has cranked out a new verison
of the "SGS" SEDSAT Telemetry decoding software to address some issues.  Download
it and read about it at http://www.seds.org/sedsat/tracking

If you have requests, bug problems, whatever, relay them through telemetry@seds.org

Sorry, but this release is still a Win95/98/NT only version. 

We (Arizona) will try to have a Java version written by the end of the weekend,
and maybe someone can crank out a plain DOS one as well.
