For those looking to help with SEDSAT's dilemma, here's some e-mail that I
had with Dennis Wingo:

Hi Dennis:

I am sorry to hear about SEDSAT's dilemma; I hope for the best.  For the
folks around the world who don't have 9600 bd modem  digital capabilites can
they record the signal as a .wav file or for that matter on audio tape and
forward to SEDSAT management for decoding/processing?  It so, perhaps that
will get you additional status information.
