For those who can copy the satellite we have a program called sgs10.exe that will copy, decode and store the telemetry.  The program is available at 

www.seds.org/sedsat

Also Roy Welch has uploaded the SEDSAT keps, the sgs10.zip file and some instructions on the Kitsats and UoSats
