Hi Jeff,
	Thanks for the report. (Remember to send them to telemetry@seds.org as well). 
Your "no-hear" at 12:00z is important in establishing when the satellite comes
back up after a power cycle, and it is following the prediction by your
observations.  I don't think we'll see it again before 17:00z (about 50 minutes
ago) if it did power cycle last night just before 7:00z.
