SEDSAT Update



Hi All,
	I just listened on orbit 40 and heard nothing.  I haven't heard
many reports from other people, and no one else has heard it since I last
heard it at 9:11 UTC on Monday the 26th.  This isn't indicitive of
anything, but it just means that we haven't figured out its cycle yet
(which is why we need more observers!).  If it is on an even 10 hour
cycle, it should have made an appearance sometime after 5:11 UTC today
(the 27th).  However, it is probably on a slightly-longer-than 10 hour
cycle, as the period it is "up" after recycling is somewhere between 5
minutes and 90.  Need more data...

	There are new elements (Set #5, Orbit 15) for SEDSAT, and here
