[amsat-bb] Arbiter Systems Satellite Controlled Clock

I picked up a Satellite Controlled Clock mfg. by Arbiter Systems (ASI) this
weekend.  It looks like it may be in working condition, but I have no
information about it.  If anyone has any information, especially RX freq. and
which satellites it uses, I would appreciate it very much.  I would also like to
know what is is worth.
