Amsat-BB works !! Following info from 4X1AS:

They have a manpower problem; only a couple of people are working on
Techsat. Also one vital person went on 2 weeks holiday and hasn't come 
back yet (after a month); not sure if thats one of the two or a third.

There are some problems with software too; some re-writing is taking place.
Plus ... the telemetry program is currently *five megabytes*; obviously
some work is needed on that too.

Some (undefined) possibility of something happening soon.
