[amsat-bb] Mir

For those interested in sending unproto packets using Mir as a digi, you
should now use MIREX as the digi call. I was just able to accomplish this on
orbit 72300 and only wish I had another good pass tonight to play :( I'm
trying to work as many stations as possible via unproto qso's via Mir before
it's demise. I look forward to trading QSL cards with as many people as
possible.
