Hi, Kevin,
The RS-12 trnasponder doesn't work for the moment. It works only RS-13 mode
K(up 21.260 - 21.300MHz/dwn 29.460-29.500MHz).
You could hear RS-13 beacon on 29.504MHz+/- dopp.
