Set a medium-sized file for uploading (say 10-20K). When the upload starts,
start adjusting the tx data voltage *gently*. Watch the upload rate and leave
the adjustment in the middle of the working range. Have another file ready
to upload in case you finish the first one before you finish the tests.
Address test messages to TEST, or your own call,  *NOT* to ALL.
