Hi Joe,

I work in this weekend couple Europeans station on RS-13 mode K(up 21MHZ dwn
29MHz)(DL, HB9 on CW, UA4 on SSB).
Mode T(up 21 dwn 145)is not active for now. For A mode I don't know but as I
listen in last week seems to be down(mode A).
