RE: RS-12/13
Yesterday from 17:08 to 17:17 UTC I was able to hear RS-12/13. Only the
beacons...RS-12 around 145.916.7 for the beginning and for the end
145.910(Doppler). RS-13 on around 29.504MHz and RS-12(but very weak
signal)on 29.454. Also, above 29.454 I could hear some traffic from 21MHz
but no related to the satellite! My concern is that RS-13 work(as a
transponder)on uplink 21MHz and downlink 29MHz. Did anybody knows more about
that(for sure!)?
