[amsat-bb] oscar 10

Hi all
Today HB9JOI and I made a qso on AO-10 on 38.000km range. 12.47UTC
The satellite's downlink seems to be getting better every weekend when i
try to call on it.
When no QSB, HB9JOI's signal was a 51. 

Hopefully the big DX can start soon again on AO-10.
