RS-12/13

>From Seattle, Washington, CN87, pass of 03:57 - 04:13 UTC

I heard both the RS-12 beacon at 145.9125 and the RS-13 beacon at 29.504.
The RS-12 (that's twelve) beacon seems to have changed--I now hear the word
"TEST" in slow CW after the usual fast CW telemetry.

I was unable to hear my downlink on 2m using either RS-12's normal Mode T
frequencies, or RS-13's, as listed in the ANS bulletin 270 9/28/98. I
heard nothing beyond the RS-13 beacon on 10m either.

Apparently, the button-pushing continues. . .
