[amsat-bb] LUSAT (Tx)signal variations

Hi all.
In the last months, they seem to be appreciated level variations
in the sign transmitted by the satellite, during the orbital
window of the day 10-02-1998 on Europe, I have observed a descent
of the sign during 40 seg.
I would like to confirm if some operator observes these
variations.
