[amsat-bb] RS-12

Good morning all. Where is everybody on RS-12. Thanks to Tom WB4FWQ for
nice contact on the "bird" at 2340Z Oct 30. Have a nice foot-print over NA
this morning around 1200Z call CQ and looked over the band for over 20
minutes. I hang out on 21.230 up, and listen all around. Had a very good
retun signal this morning. Work CW most of the time but SSB ok. Look for
some of you fellows.
