[amsat-bb] 1998 Symposium and Hurricand Georges

Hurricane Georges had no impact on the Vicksburg area, except 
for some breezy conditions and a few rain showers. We did have 
quite a few refugees here in shelters and all of the hotels were full 
with evacuees, but most people are being allowed to head home.

Vicksburg is about 200 miles (325 km) from the hardest hit areas, 
and thus there will be no impact on the Symposium.
