[amsat-bb] PNW VHF Conference ? who to contact ?

can someone help me with the location and time of the VHF
conference in bend oregon ? , I am very interested and just found
out about it on the ANS report, any call or name of the person to
talk to would be appreciated.
I'm up here in a ghz wasteland amateur-wise  ;^)
