[amsat-bb] Part Needed

Hi, 

I'm working on a project to modify a radio for 9600bd use and I'm having
trouble finding one key part. It is a varicap diode or varactor. Siemens part#
BB409. Apparently they may not make them anymore. If anyone has one they can
part with, or knows where I can get one, or knows/has an equivalent of one I'd
be very interested in your help.
