You can make two files and put them in the appropriate satellite
directory.  Both are text files and consist of one command per line similar
to a TNC config file.  Name them:

MSPE TNC STARTUP.TXT
MSPE TNC EXIT.TXT

Put the commands you want in them and they will be executed when MSPE
starts and closes respectively.
