[amsat-bb] Newbie II

I have a Icom 820 H, FMJ 1270, and a PACCOMM PSK-1 modem. I'm having trouble getting the system up and running. I'm not sure I have the connectors built right. I've got the J1 and Y'ed with the 1 and 5  lines of the J3 and a 470ohm resistor on the 5 line. It does a continuos rolldown of the frequency. Also I need pointers on building the J2/Modem disconnect header.
