[amsat-bb] ARS Antennas controller

        Hallo people and 73!
    I want to use ARS antennas controller (fully compatible with KCT)
and i don't know why the drivers don't want work well.
In the setup mode the two controller give a good anwer and i able to
move the antennas using PC keyies.
    But not with istantrack.
    Where my error is???
