[amsat-bb] RS12 uplink problems??

Hello All
I was on RS-12 at 1755Z and the 2M uplink was not working.  The beacon
and 15M uplink are fine.  I worked N7RBP and he confirmed the same thing.
 Does anyone know what is going on?
