[amsat-bb] moon and mean anomally

hi all,

someone asked me the other day but i wasn´t sure of the answer. when the
moon is full, is it at MA=180? and when it is a new moon, is it at MA=0? I
told the fella i thought it depended on the argument of perigee but now i´m
not certain. thanks for any answers.
