[amsat-bb] balloon launch 13

BLT 13 will be launched on August 8, 1998 at 9:31am from 
Wharton Airport (south of Houston).

The Mode A transponder uplink (145.860 MHz center) downlink 
(28.620 MHz center) will be carried live via real audio at 
http://www.amsatnet.com
