1. Anyone know yet when the specifications for the telemetry stream will be finalized? 

2. When will it be published?

3. Anyone know of an article/tutorial detailing the housekeeping chores involved with the satellite? (attitude control/battery control/etc.)

4. Any updates yet to any telemetry processing software?
