[amsat-bb] Correcting doppler

Hi everyone!

What's the best way to correct doppler manually???, correcting uplink,
downlink, higher frecuency, lower frecuency???? which way is correct?
I'm starting to work satellites with the callsign EA4RKU from my
radioclub.
